UBC Properties Trust on behalf of the University of British Columbia is requesting Expressions of Interest for the provision of Architectural Services for the new Centre for Comparative Medicine Project at the UBC Campus.
The proposed approximate 7,000 gsm capital project will be located in south campus. This new facility will have both conventional and containment holding and procedure space as well as modern teaching space for ongoing training of UBC researchers, students and staff.
The construction budget for this facility is estimated to be approximately $27M.
Submissions should include:
- Project experience and relevant work
- Methodology and design philosophy
- Available personnel and responsibilities
- Key personnel with UBC experience
Interested architectural firms are invited to submit their Expression of Interest for this project by 3:00pm on Wednesday, September 10, 2008. We ask that you submit three (3) hardcopies, and one (1) electronic copy (via email only to bko@ubcproperties.com).
Submissions should be no longer than 20 pages and the electronic version should be one (1) pdf file with a maximum size of 20,000KB. Submissions should be sent to the following:
