Larkspur House
Larkspur House is part of the Village Gate Homes faculty and staff rental portfolio.
It is comprised of 46 units situated in the heart of the new Wesbrook Place neighbourhood at UBC. It includes 1- to 3-bedroom apartments as well as 2- and 3-bedroom two-level cityhomes. Each home features contemporary finishes with access to storage, bike lockers and secure underground parking. The project supports UBC’s commitment that 50% of the new residential housing on campus be targeted to households where at least one member works or studies on campus.
